Yes, that’s what it’s built for. Our servers use routes optimised for Chinese networks and protocols that pass filtering. Set it up before you travel: app stores and payments are harder once you’re there.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
No VPN can promise 100% on every network. If Grappl doesn’t work on yours, you have 14 days from your first payment to cancel, no questions asked. We refund what you paid minus the time you’ve already used. You can do it yourself from your account page.
What if I’m already in China?
You can still set it up, but it’s harder. Install the app before you travel. If you’re already in China, Google Play and GitHub usually don’t load: pay and download the app from your account page (Android, Windows and Mac). On iPhone, use an Apple ID from another country. The setup guide has the steps. If the site won’t load, write to [email protected].
Why not a big VPN?
Big VPNs use well-known protocols and IP ranges that get blocked, and their speed drops at peak hours. We start small on purpose: one server on a premium route, with more to come. If a server gets blocked, we replace it.
Do I need an email?
No. Your account number is your login. You can add an email later to recover your account.
Which app do I use?
Hiddify, free on every platform. The setup guide lists free alternatives.
What if I use all my data?
Your connection pauses until the 1st of the month, when your data resets. Servers marked ⚡ are our premium routes and count in full. On the other (standard) servers only part of what you use counts, and your account page shows the breakdown.
Is it legal?
VPN rules vary by country. Check the rules where you are.
